    How to Get Started with PRODEX

    PRODEX Forms

    A P.I. who has been awarded a PRODEX allocation is requested to fill in the PRODEX Application Form, consisting of Appendix1 -Work Description and Appendix 2 -Financial Plan, and submit it by email to the PRODEX Office. Based on the information provided, the PRODEX Office will issue a contract between the Institute and ESA called PRODEX Experiment Arrangement (PEA).

    For all changes, whether requested by the Agency or initiated by the Institute, the later shall submit a proposal for a PRODEX Experiment Arrangement Change Notice (ACN) on the form below.

    For payment of invoices, please make sure that all details such as Contract Number, Bank Details, Costs breakdown are clearly stated on the invoice. Check the Example of Invoice.
