WHISPER Spectrograms of Plasmashere Crossing

Frequency-time electric field spectrograms measured by the four Cluster/WHISPER instruments on 2 June 2002, showing the entire plasmasphere crossing, including plume traversals in the inbound and outbound passes and the magnetic equator crossed at 13:15 UT. The orbital parameters correspond to C4.
